Dear Mummy Bear,
The plural of Twat is Twats. No apostrophe is required.
You are welcome.

^ not impressed with the way it went from past progressive to past participle either, but we'll have to wait for Cyrille to be certain...
You're doing this exercise stuff all wrong, Dilly! Get rid of 5kgs of fat before doing any weights at all; don't even bother with sit ups yet; do 4 weeks of walking/swimming and eating sensibly (off the beer too) first - prepare your body/get some fat down by exercise.
Cycling should be banned!!!
Dear Dill,
Instead of all this exercise which apart from being rather exhausting (which should be avoided at all costs) and possibly causing a rather nasty testicular hernia, may I suggest the simplest remedy is not stuffing your gob with enough food to feed a family of 8.
Your welcome.

I'm a social linguist, not a prescriptivist... Neverna is technically right if you like to use Latin grammar terms for a Germanic language, I don't, not least because English is so fluid that using any prescriptive terms is just out-dated and doesn't fit easily with a World Englishes approach.
Now, breakfast, Hmmm, I'm thinking a nice yoghurt and a cup of coffee tomorrow; I will post.
^ Why not try an anagram with alphabet spaghetti on toast you boring fukker
Harsh, but fair.
Here's my breakfast menu for tomorrow (the local coffee shop that opens early; most open after 10am here - very strange) - it's all a bit high in calories, but they often have a yogurt with banana and honey which I get with a large latte for 7,000 won.
Many thanks for the kindly sage advice Hugh but I am rather enjoying exercising, eating healthily and feeling great at the moment. Once I hit my target weight then I'll be in the nice position of working out what shit I can eat to maintain weigh instead of losing it.
God speed that day
^
Yeah, that's nice, the cheese and ham croquette (or whatever they call it is nice), and the muffin type things are ok too if you're in the mood.
Alas, today, wanting to lose 5kgs in the next 5 weeks or so, I'm on the yogurt... If that doesn't fill me up then I'll attack the berry and nut bar. Very boring, but relatively healthy (also, I only get one shot in the latte...).
If you wanna lose 5kg in 5 weeks then head over to the south Beach diet thread.
But don't listen to Dill as his idea of losing 5kg is to put 10kg on first
Oats, honey, strawberry, blueberry, whey protein and chia seeds.
Dill-licious
Good man!!!!
Wot no curse?
^ saving that for Friday nights
More potent than 20 boiled sprouts that shit
That drink looks good, Dilly.
Its been seven hours and 44 days,
since Manny took his love away
