Sounds nasty mate, don't know how she broke it but I hope you ducked when she threw it at you.

Big C sounds a tad dodgy but I have seen good bread in the Paragon in Bangkok plus at a few Farang run small bakeries in different provinces in Thailand.

Anyway why not buy another one and have another crack ?

I will eventually give it another go one day.

The wife only found out after she realized it was missing and after several questionings the truth finally came out. I am really not sure if it was my fault. Who Knows?

Brilliant idea, Uppers yes, I'll throw them in the mix along with some of my best Afghany black hash and we will go for a nice ride for 15 hours.

Here's my antique knife that would cut the fore skin off a bull elephant in 2 seconds flat,Also my sharpener which sucks down onto the kitchen bench and works a treat. Very important to have a top quality knife to work with.

The yeast, flour, water & salt are, yes. Not sure about the chemicals they add to it though.
