Banana cake ( need oven ) , Dried bananas ( in the sun ) , banana frittas , on cereals for breakfast. Apparently there is something like THC in the skins but how you process them is anyones guess.

Leave the skins out in the warmth.SOME of them will grow a white fungus. This is what you want. Can be very strong.

but it could be an urban rumour?

wikepedia The false claim states that it is possible to synthesize LSD or some similar hallucinogenic drug called "bananadine" from banana peels or other common household foods and chemicals. The actual synthesis of LSD usually requires advanced knowledge and experience in organic chemistry and requires both expensive laboratory equipment and expensive, carefully controlled precursor chemicals.

Add 3 small frozen bananas, 1 cup frozen strawberries and a cup of skim milk into the blender. It makes a delicious healthy breakfast shake for me and the kids.

Banana bread. Produced in volume and can be frozen {if you've a freezer} without disrupting the integrity of the finished product.

Remember a guy telling me many a moon ago about using water based iceblocks for that purpose. He said the girl went off on it, but I just thought he was bragging as I knew the girl in question as well.

So, how many have got a few bananas shoved in the freezer now??
