    I love moo grob too but that stuff is packed with cholesterol. The important thing
    about ordering pad grapow is specifing how many chilis. I always say 'prik sahm met' - three chilis. If you don't specify you can end up with fire coming out of your keester the next morning.

    I like the crispy pork also. Where I live I can only get it at a Thai restaurant that offers a special menu on Sunday afternoons. Unfortunately I have to drive 1 hour each way, but it is woth the drive.
