Congrats. Good stuff takes learning time when it comes to cooking. Now that you've got the rye sussed, you can move on to something new.

Well 12 call I hope you are as happy with your machine as I am with mine, I have a good recipe now that just suits the shit out of me and I like bread, and do not care for nuts and shit in it so the Rye and wheat flour is great and everyone likes it and my wife and the teachers at her school cook their own lunches there and the ones that live in the apts do the cooking and the others share costs and bring stuff, so my wife had me make a loaf of bread as she likes it too.
I average a 1 kilo loaf here at home every day. and made another Lid Lifter today and will cut it for supper as I had to use the heal from yesterdays loaf for my nooner toasted Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese sammy.

I guess the lid lifter is better than the Soda bread shirt tail lifters when you first started with your machine, have saved your recipe with Rye flour and will try in the Kenwood 450 my darling has bought me for Xmas, thanks BG.

I will post a Pic of todays loaf before I post in the morning, and check and make sure the recipe is correct as I have done a lot of changing, but when you make a toasted cheese sammy with the full slices it covers across a dinner plate.
And Wifey says the teachers flipped out over the loaf she took to school today for the teacher lunch.

Was quite a bit of wind in the sour dough for damn sure.

Might be OK to do, I am happy with the Severin from Germany and the reports I read it is listed as top quality,, coarse on some other [places others might have that rating too, but I am happy, coarse it might go tits up next loaf too.

I'm sure this machine will do the job (trial and error). If I only sell 1000 units per year it will have been worth the amount of time and experience towards this venture.

I don't do sheep any way.
But PP got the lamb they gave me, but they have the 21 day aged NZ striploin in again and I just ordered a strip of that, cut 2 cm thick,,2- 5 kg cases of north sea prime cod loin fillet and a brick of cheddar, she said be here 22 on the blue bus.
I buy 400 a kilo Aust, striploin and grind it into ground beef, I got Halal last time I ordered ground beef, so it is to damn lean for me and pay a tad more but get prime meat ground as I like it.

Well Mrs. CMN and her sister and bro in law are here for dinner so I going down and make my world famous genuine English Cod Fish and Chips,
