Potatoes and Chorizo, a match made in heaven.
I don't know what this dish is called, its a blend of Indian and Mexican.
First chop yr Spuds into small slivers, chop onions and some Garlic.
Heat oil in Pan and fry up some Mustard seeds, I like things spicy so I use about a table spoon spoon full.
Then add cumin, black pepper, salt and turmeric, and put some heat into that then add yr Potatoes & onion mix, give it a toss around over a high heat for 5 mins.

Then add your Chorizo sausage removed from the casing and chopped up.
This particular one was one Black Gang & I knocked up and was as spicy and tasty as hell.
In 5 Kgs of pork it had 40 Table spoons of Chilli powder plus a cup of ground Chilllis.
When its near cooked, which is about 10 mins, just check for seasoning and add a bit more salt if deemed necessary.

The finished goods, enough for a good sized meal and a reheat snack left over.
Its too spicy for my wife whos had a lifetime of training on SomTam.
Havn't tried it but I have the feeling a variation could be the addition if a pot of yogurt.
