Answer: very fucking hard off the treadmill when you've got wind resistance and inclines and shit to deal with. Tried and failed big time, don't think I even made halfway.

Mine was slightly fast walking. Building up each day. Will try 4 Km sub 30mins or 6km in 50 mins by Friday.
My threadmill is behind a few boxes in the storeroom. Where it's been since the second week of purchase.
