Had a bit of steak to use up. Beef pad prik daeng (yes there are some tua tucked away in there but hidden - see below) wrapped in the traditions thai garnish of cucumber and carrot. Very nice they were too. I'm liking this. When I get the next batch of moo glop on the go, I'll be moving up a gear....

Work with a Canarian who told me today about a three meat Paella, always thought Paella was a fishy dish.

It's inspired me to conjure up a 3 meat Paella dish to be served as individual tapas.

I am however doing some research on the correct three meats to use, any suggestions ?

Really, tapas are Spanish hors d'ouvres. Or as my dad would jokingly say, horse's doovers. Thus, inspired by my dad's joke, I think Thai tapas should be called หำม้า, haam maa, horse testicle, or bastardised into "humma".
