Sid and Nid win, a virtual pie is on it's way to you.

    Vietnamese prawn crackers

    Thai sticky rice

    Pulled soy pork

    A delicately placed coriander leaf.

Note to oneself - Place a slab of bread over the next Tapa dish

    You didn't make any distinction.

In fact you'd struggle between distinguishing a sheeps arse from a Siberian Husky.

Tbf the sheeps arse will be a lot kinder on your wallet

Had a bit of steak to use up. Beef pad prik daeng (yes there are some tua tucked away in there but hidden - see below) wrapped in the traditions thai garnish of cucumber and carrot. Very nice they were too. I'm liking this. When I get the next batch of moo glop on the go, I'll be moving up a gear....

I am however doing some research on the correct three meats to use, any suggestions ?

Really, tapas are Spanish hors d'ouvres. Or as my dad would jokingly say, horse's doovers. Thus, inspired by my dad's joke, I think Thai tapas should be called หำม้า, haam maa, horse testicle, or bastardised into "humma".
"I'll have a plate of hummas, thanks."

Chicken, some sort of prawns and a sausage at a guess? I've got the feeling you can put anything you like into it.
