That chook looks good. Got a couple of them beta grow outlets here to. Always pretty good produce
Cheers chaps.
Yeah, Betagro is miles ahead of the Lotat and Big C steroid stuff. Opened up one of them one time and the fooker tried to peck me.
Ya cookin is not to bad Loo-Loo.
Actually it's fookin good Eh.
Just wait my guess is he's doing a 15 beer garlic rub to permeate the chook to perfection if he looses count and hits the miracle 24 anything could happen.
Looks wonderful- Teakdoor Chef of the Year award
Let's see the finished product Lulu
Shouldn't a traditional schnitzel preparation be to gently pound the raw portion [usually pork, but chix is ok] in a nearly paper thin consistency? And then coated and fried....
The size of me spuds.
To go all Yank, they come up real good.
Or German, Spiztzengriritzel latzgrapunklespitsengrazbellufengratzenupnk.
Lucky you didn't get spudnicked.
Looks incredible Luigi!
Betagrow does do ribs as well, they're the best I've gotten here.

Did you leave the peal on the chips, nice touch.
Very nice Lulu you fat b'stard.
^
He left the peel on for he's too lazy to peel them ,
I thought he was saving baht on account of the extortionate price of spuds in Thailand.
Technically they're anorexic potatoe wedges, gives them more flavour with the peel on.
Ruddy hungry now...
Salsa's a nice touch. Great job.
Pounding out the filets between two pieces of cling film is a good trick too.
