Luigi's Slow-Cooked Beef Thai Red Curry.

1kg of Beef Tenderloin, at the market ask for "neua woowa, san nai" - เนื้อวัว สันใน, and thank Gary Neville na.

    Minced, grated, sliced and cubed.

Brown yer cubed beef and chuck into the slow cooker.

    Minced garlic and grated ginger.

Add yer sliced lemongrass, fish sauce and tsp of sugar.

Then into the slowcooker with the beef.

Ripped Kafir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves.

Will slow cook for 6 hours, then will add sliced red pepper.

2 more hours slow cooking and will add the onion before sliced coriander and serving with quarters of lime.

Looks good but...Shouldn't have wasted that fillet on a fookin' curry!

I roasted one of those fooker's in the oven for just over an hour, delicious.

    Haha.

    It's Thai tenderloin.

About the same tenderness as a WWI trenchboot.

8 hours slowcooking might make it edible.

Why slow-cook the beef tenderloin, Luigi? It will be cooked in 10 minutes. Methinks it will be boot-leather after 6 hours.

^Not a fan of Thai beef curries for that reason. The tougher cuts just don't get tender and the tender cuts get tough from cooking. Love a good yum neua using rib eye though.

I always remember a couple of guy's saying how nice the beef was when i was in the Sahara.
My reply was that's not beef it's camel, the both decide not to eat dinner so i had extra food that night, nice and tender slow cooked camel.
Looks like a nice cut of Buffalo. ☺️

Do you have a simple, beginners Indian curry? I have some greek yogurt and chicken breasts in the fridge that I need to use up.

Light n easy n sloppy breakfast.

We're all still full from the curry.

The other Thai porntubehub actress went for some raw intestines served in old motor oil with grilled squid genitals for breakfast.

    That curry looks fantastic.

The breakfast for pornographers, slightly less so.
