Cocktail sticks mate.
Some will flatten the chicken breast and roll it up around the garlic butter. Personally I cut a pocket into the breast from the fat end being carefully not to cut all the way through the breast. I make my garlic butter into sausage shapes and freeze it, I then put this inside the pocket I created, seal with toothpicks, flour, egg then breadcrumbs. Back into the fridge for 30 mins before cooking.
I'm using my ipad so can't post pics right now but I have posted pics of my kievs before in the dinner thread.
