I read a thread on here a while ago regarding above.
Can someone who has made this dish, give me the ins and outs...
Especially, how to keep the garlic butter 'inside.'
Pictures would be great!

Cocktail sticks mate.

Some will flatten the chicken breast and roll it up around the garlic butter. Personally I cut a pocket into the breast from the fat end being carefully not to cut all the way through the breast. I make my garlic butter into sausage shapes and freeze it, I then put this inside the pocket I created, seal with toothpicks, flour, egg then breadcrumbs. Back into the fridge for 30 mins before cooking.

I'm using my ipad so can't post pics right now but I have posted pics of my kievs before in the dinner thread.

I also drizzle some garlic butter over the Kiev after cooking, I love my garlic!
