   | Nong Khai Wat Poo Chai Wat Poo Chai Temple is at the back of the bus station in Nong Khai behind the market, from what I understand it is quite a big meditation center and also has a big beasty Buddha statue whose head is made of solid gold, damn sure I couldn't find the bloody thing though, probably under lock and key judging by the sort of expats living there I suppose, anybody seen texpat lately? Anyway here is the main temple.  Front entrance.  Doors all locked to keep the marauding scum out.  Couple of the other buildings in the complex.  The meditation training center?
