Just because he is a muslim, doesn't mean all muslims don't drink... as I've met a few muslims that do especially from Turkey and Dubai.

I've not visited Thailand since 2010 and after living in a sanitised, red tape country everything appears surreal to me as if id eaten a magic mushroom pie

You haven't seen that before? Its at every market and works remarkably well. I even saw one that oscillates up and down just to keep the flies honest. Clever really

The hill tribe hawkers are upon us after a couple of changs, the kids entertainment for a couple of hours bargaining with them.

Son -They are 50 baht on Amazon! I'll give you 100baht for three!

A quick trip to Rayong and a stay in 3000baht family room with breakfast at the Royal Phala Cliff Beach Hotel in Rayong.
We must have been the only customers midweek, nice pools and right on the beach.

Nice stay and quality rooms.
