    Hua Hin Horizon to Hold Music Festival

    Hua Hin Horizon to Hold Music Festival

    Hua Hin Horizon, a habitable village located at a foothill, near the Chom Dong Royal Residence for the Thais and foreigners, has had Scandinavian & European customers rushing to stay and experience the project. The entrepreneur is going to hold a “Music Festival” to welcome as well as to celebrate His Majesty the King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary.

    Mr. Apisan Thatsananchalee, the senior sales & marketing manager of Hua Hin Horrizon Village, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khirikhan Province, revealed the project is situated on the 30 – rai piece of land on a foothill near Chomdong Royal Residence.

    Each house is built on a piece of land at the beginning of 50 square wall up to the area, the project faces in the direction of the sea breeze with a mountain surrounding around 70 houses altogether. Not only is there a spectacular atmosphere, the project also provides a clubhouse, a park, a swimming pool, security guards as well as other facilities from 4 MB up.

    At the moment, there are a lot of Scandinavian, European and Thai customers (altogether 13 nations in the world) moving to stay in the project because of tranquility and spectacular views of “Hua Hin Horrizon Project”. Another reason for their moving is that Hua Hin is famous for its tourist attractions with the King’s royal palace being located here as well as the food being cheap and convenient to buy.

    Moreover, when they go out of their homes, they will be welcomed with “a smile” from the natives. This fact enables Hua Hin and Thailand to have cultural and commercial selling points at the same time.

    “When the customers, no matter if they are Swedish, Finnish, German, Swiss etc, move to stay right here, we will raise their national flags to the top of the pole to declare that this is “The United Nation Village” with a written message on a big notice board “Join up to our brokers to society”.

    The pattern of each house was designed by the experienced engineers to be in harmony with the location and the wind direction. The atmosphere of the project was based on a natural landscape, we just allocated each house on each plot with small and main roads and trees to lift the beauty and neatness of the project up” said Mr. Apisan.

    Mr. Apisan also added the whole project cost approx. 100 MB. including pieces of land, construction, decoration etc. Fortunately, water, electricity and blueprint were approved under considerable cooperation with the concerning government sections. So the project is 70% finished and is expected to be finished within the year. Anyway, the central infrastructure-maintenance charge would be 20,000 baht / house. Now the project administrators are planning to carry on with the next project of “Horizon” in a form of a condominium as well.

    By the way, to build up good relationships with all the customers and the natives, the project has held the “Music Festival” in the project’s area to provide an opportunity to listen to music from the ‘old days’ bringing back fond memories of the history of Hua Hin to music lovers.

    The musical performances will be performed 4 times as following;

    1st time: 20th Oct. 2007 on a Saturday night, there will be The Generation Band performing songs to remember the 80th anniversary.

    2nd time: 18th Nov. 2007 on a Sunday night, there will be String Quintet Band, led by Thatsana Nakwatchara, a concert master of the Bangkok Symphony Orchrestra.

    3rd time: 15th Dec. 2007 on Saturday night, there will be Light Jazz Band from the Faculty of Music, Silpakorn University.

    4th time: 19th Jan. 2008 on a Saturday night, there will be The President Band with shows of Elvis & Tom Jones songs.

    The Music Festival is also to celebrate the 80th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King Bhumubhol, the great and beloved king of the Thais, so on behalf of the project, we would like to invite everyone to join the concert as mentioned without any admission fee.

    Gosh, that's fascinating. Got any more small town non-events that wouldn't interest even the people who lived next door to them (especially ones that are really cunningly disguised advertisements for real estate)?

    Pattaya psycho-ladyboys, deranged German leapers, and monks knocking out 999,999 Baht amulets for nothing more than the love of Buddha please, if we wanted culture we'd be logging on to Pattaythumbs not Teakdoor
