River Kwai Half Marathon

I'm interested to participate in this year (2011) River Kwai 30km Marathon which will be held on 11 Sept. As most of the instruction & direction are in Thai, it's rather difficult to go about it.

Is there anyone here who can guide me on this. From the registration to the transportation from Bangkok to the venue and also accomodation. Thanks.
