Drunken Thai man falls from his second floor apartment in Central Pattaya.
A regular occurrence here in Pattaya concerns individuals who drink excess amounts of Alcohol and then somehow fall off of buildings. Here is one such case from Central Pattaya. Police and rescue workers were called to the TW Apartments after reports of a Thai man who appeared drunk, who had just fallen from his second floor apartment. The injured man is Khun Chan aged 26 who was being attended to by rescue workers when we arrived. They feared that he had sustained spinal and neck injuries and carefully immobilized the patient who appeared heavily intoxicated. Police tell us that they are confident that a third party was not involved in this case and have recorded the incident as an accident. The victim is now undergoing assessment at Hospital.
