Thread: Tattoo Artist Arrested in Phuket for Allegedly Raping 13 Year-Old Girl

A tattoo artist was arrested on his birthday in Phuket after he allegedly raped a 13 year-old girl at a tattoo shop in Bangkok.


The Metropolitan Police Bureau told the Phuket Express that the police were notified of the shocking incident from the girl’s parents. The girl told her parents that she had originally contacted the tattoo artist via a business Facebook page. She agreed to do a small tattoo for 400 baht. However, upon her arrival, according to the girl’s statements, the suspect closed his tattoo shop before taking her to the second floor and then allegedly aggressively raped her.

After a medical check, Phuket Municipality Law Enforcement found that the girl had severe damage to her genitals and reproductive system. She will be provided urgent medical attention and surgery.


The Thon Buri Criminal Court in Bangkok issued an arrest warrant on April 11th, 2024 for him over the accusation of sexually assaulting a girl not yet over fifteen years old and taking a girl not yet over fifteen years old away from her guardian.

This week, Phuket Law Enforcement arrested the wanted suspect, Mr. Vasin Kitnopsri or Game, 25, from Nakhon Pathom. He was arrested at a rental room in Soi Po Gui on the Mae Luan Road in the Tald Nuea sub-district, Phuket City.


The suspect claimed to the police that he really loved the victim. He also told police that he had sexual relationships with at least 100 women, it is not known how many were without consent or possible minors.

He remains in custody as of press time.
