Without knowing what was said between the two of them, I find it hard to be judgemental about the driver.

How old was the driver? Going by his footwear and clothing that can be seen in the video, I'd say he wasn't very old either.

Body of 18-year-old woman jumping off Rama VIII bridge found in Chao Phraya River

    January 04, 2018 | By Thai PBS

Divers have found the body of a woman believed to be the 18-year old Nittaya Sawatdiwan who was seen in a livestreaming video jumping off Rama VIII bridge across the Chao Phraya River in an apparent suicide on Jan 2.

The body was found at about 2.45 pm by divers of Ruamkatanyu Foundation floating in the Chao Phraya river in the direction of Pinklao bridge, about a kilometre from Rama VIII bridge.

Officials said the dead woman’s clothes were similar to those worn by Nittaya as seen in the video broadcast live on her Facebook page.

However, officials said the body was later sent to Siriraj hospital for an autopsy and for an identification verification.

Nittaya, a native to Ranong province, reportedly hired a taxi motorcyclist to take her to Rama VIII bridge on the night of New Year’s Day. She later asked the motorcyclist to make a livestream video of her climbing and standing on the rail guard of the bridge in return for 500 baht.

Pol Lt-Gen Sompong Chingduang, deputy commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, said police were considering whether to press charge against Pattharadanai Noomsrinart, a motorcycle taxi driver who was hired to record the video of the woman jumping off the bridge.

He said those who fails to help a person in danger is subjected to legal punishment under Section 374 of the Criminal Code which carries a maximum punishment of 1 month imprisonment and 10,000 baht fine.

Yeah, he's almost as bad as the kind of [at][at][at][at] who gets a kick from posting videos of a young woman kiling herself. How many times did you watch it?
