BANGKOK, 21st December 2017 (NNT) – More complaint fielding centers are to be setup at Mo Chit Bus Terminal, the Southern Bus Terminal and Hua Lumpong train station to serve citizens during the year-end holiday.

Deputy Permanent Secretary for the Prime Minister’s Office Sompas Nilphan recently headed a meeting on complaint centers to serve New Year travelers following a call by the Prime Minister for the service to be made more widely available.

Additional centers are to be setup at Mo Chit Bus Terminal, the Southern Bus Terminal and Hua Lumpong train station and will operate from December 29, 2017 to January 3, 2018 in an effort to assist citizens and provide them with guidance without requiring that they travel to Government House.

The government’s complaint fielding app is also to be upgraded to allow for the attachment of photos, audio and location information as well as for citizens to be able to follow the progress of complaint handling. The centers themselves will be improved to handle larger groups of citizens and to offer one stop services.
