She's plain filth. Matter of time before she goes down.

The unlicensed teen driver who killed nine people and injured four others in a crash on Don Muang tollway five years ago has been accused of breaching her community service order.
Pol Col Narat Sawetanant, director-general of the Probation Department, revealed yesterday that Orachorn “Praewa” Thephasadin na Ayudhya, now 22, has violated the court order to perform 48 hours of community service each year for four years — a condition of her avoiding jail time.
Ms Orachorn crashed her Honda Civic into the back of a passenger van carrying students and staff from Thammasat University’s Rangsit campus on Dec 27, 2010. She was 16 years old at the time, too young to hold a driving licence.

Ms Orachorn was charged with driving without a licence, reckless driving causing death and injury, property damage and using a mobile phone while driving.
She was eventually sentenced to two years in prison, suspended for four years. As a condition of her release she was ordered to perform 48 hours of community service each year for four years.
Pol Col Narat said that after the court placed Ms Orachorn on probation, she was required to reach an agreement with Probation Department officials as to where she would be sent to perform community service. He said Ms Orachorn had failed to consult with the officials.
Instead Ms Orachorn claimed that she had already performed community service at Phramongkutklao Hospital, Pol Col Narat said.
"Checks have found that Praewa failed to fulfil her probation conditions," Pol Col Narat said. "She claimed she was afraid that she might be in danger if she did community service elsewhere.
"When authorities alerted her family that she had failed to meet her probation conditions, the family petitioned the Office of the Ombudsman, accusing probation authorities of threatening her."......

Wealthy Thai driver who killed 9 accused of breaching probation conditions
A THAI driver who gained notoriety after causing the deaths of nine people five years ago has been accused by Thai authorities of breaching the conditions of her probation, which has kept her out of prison.
Orachorn “Praewa” Thephasadin na Ayudhya, the driver in question, was the central figure of what was widely seen as an archetypal case that demonstrated the power of wealth and influence in Thailand.
Five years ago, while underage and unlicensed, Orachorn crashed her Honda Civic against a van transporting students and staff from Thammasat University’s Rangsit campus. Nine were killed and four others were injured.
Thai authorities hit Orachorn with a hefty slew of charges – driving without a licence, reckless driving causing death and injury, property damage and using a mobile phone while driving.
But ultimately, the Thai courts permitted Orachorn to evade jail – doling out a two-year prison sentence that was suspended for four. She was allowed freedom provided she performed 48 hours of community service every year for four years.

The sentence triggered outrage in Thailand, feeding the widely-held perception that the rich and powerful are given special treatment and often a slap on the wrist when convicted of crimes. Orachorn is said to be a member of an influential family in Thailand. According to Khaosod English, her brother is well-known as an actor and model, while her grandfather and uncle occupied high-ranking positions in the military hierarchy.
Yesterday, director-general of the Probation Department Pol Col Narat Sawetanant accused Orachorn of violating the terms of her probation. He said she did not consult with authorities on the location of her community service as she was required to.
Narat said Orachorn instead asserted that she already did community service at Phramongkutklao Hospital.
“Checks have found that Praewa failed to fulfill her probation conditions,” Pol Col Narat told the Bangkok Post.
“She claimed she was afraid that she might be in danger if she did community service elsewhere.”
Even so, there was apparently nothing to indicate that Orachorn met her community service requirements. A source told the Bangkok Post that Orachorn was only recorded giving blood – an act that can be accepted as six hours of community service.
“When authorities alerted her family that she had failed to meet her probation conditions, the family petitioned the Office of the Ombudsman, accusing probation authorities of threatening her,” said Narat.
Narat said his department has notified the court of Orachorn’s breach of her probation conditions. However, a Probation Department source told the Bangkok Post that probation breaches rarely result in jail time. In the past, the court sent some serious violators only to juvenile training centers.
Regardless, Orachorn’s apparent inability to meet her probation conditions is unlikely to win her any good will.

She's in her right, 48 hours a year was bit harsh for the offence of killing 9 people for reckless driving without driving license...

Caps in the heads, all around...Especially for the parents...Onya, terry...
Knock on the door and open fire...Not much different than her methods...
^ These people are incomprehensible; if 9 people were not alive today because of something I had done that was totally stupid, the remorse, guilt and feelings of self worthlessness I'd have would be overwhelming.
Some of these people don't seem bothered by anything that resembles a conscience.
Like I said, then...Gun them down...Karma, baby...
I have a thai friend who decided not to drive anymore after being responsible of an acccident that killed 4/5 people when he was young, he owns a car but asks for friends or employees to drive him around... So remorse does exist among thai people, at least some of them
Please don't say anything bad about this fine young lady or else you may be up on some serious charges.Originally Posted by Hans Mann

Justice minister says he will fire Praewa’s parole official if the accusation against him can be verified
The Probation Department has been told to find out the parole official assigned to monitor Ms Orachorn “Praewa” Thephasdin na Ayudhya’s performance of community service as ordered by the court.
Justice Minister Paiboon Kumchaya said Tuesday that he was willing to fire the official if it could be proven that he had harassed Ms Praewa as she had claimed.
He said any blanket accusation which was not backed up with evidences would be damaging to parole officials in general who honestly do their job.
The justice minister pointed out that Ms Praewa’s problem was that the Probation Department did not recognize her community service at the state-run Phra Mongkutklao hospital because it did not abide by the department’s regulations.
In practice, he said that Ms Praewa had to report to the parole official about her claimed community service at Phra Mongkutklao hospital because the hospital was not included in the term of probation.
Meanwhile, ombudsman General Withawat Rachatanant said investigation was under way regarding a complaint filed to his office by Ms Praewa accusing the parole official of harassing her.

Five years on, sorry still the hardest word | Bangkok Post: news“Ever since the accident, Praewa didn’t contact or show respect to any of us. The only time she did that was when the court ordered her to send us flowers as an apology,” Ms Tawin said. “She did that because of the court order, not from her own sincerity.”
oh come on, give her a break. The kunt has lost face FFS!
^More likely has gained huge face among her hi-so peers by reaffirming that the 'legal system' has absolutely NOTHING to do with them. Carry on.....slaughter more peasants.
