I can understand some 50 plus guy topping himself, broke, no life or hope, just welfare, in a cold friendless existence back home, but 22 years old.
    Sad world.

How do you know he had the time of his life?

Without a doubt, would you leave your loved ones, without consulting them.

I know families torn apart through family members topping themselves.

assisted suicide is a different story.

    So BB whats your view.?

That's a pretty obnoxious and self righteous comment.
You have no idea what drives anyone to suicide beyond your perceived and limited view of the issue.

Not a ghoulish video but not something the instructor wanted to see.

PHUKET: A young British man killed himself using a handgun at a shooting range on Phuket this afternoon.

Dramatic video shows his final moments, with a staffer who was watching him shoot reacting to the man's decision to put a bullet into his own head.

Another staffer at the Thalang shooting range, not far from Phuket International Airport, told Phuketwan: ''He came by a taxi. He bought a ticket for shooting a 11mm handgun and then shot himself in the head.''

The young man was aged 21. He bought one magazine and fired six shots, then began firing a second magazine. He used just one bullet from the second package, the staffer said.

Phuket police believe the man, who arrived yesterday, probably came to the holiday island with the intention of killing himself.

He called a taxi from the taxi rank outside the Sun Wing Resort in Bang Tao to take him to the shooting range about 2pm. He was dressed in shorts and not wearing a shirt at the time of the shooting.

The man was the only shooter on the range at the time. He had told the taxi driver he wanted to shoot, and that the Thalang range was the place he wanted to go.

The taxi driver was waiting outside.

Phuketwan has been supplied with his name but will not release it until relatives have been informed.

British envoys are being told what took place. Many local consuls and envoys have become increasingly concerned at the number of suicides among expats and tourists visiting the island.

Looks like he went to scratch his eyebrow or something and hit the trigger accidentally.

I dont think this was suicide.

Some people are afraid of guns for this reason. Death is so close

Tell me how good a life, I'm 58, if I got off a plane at Heathrow, no money, what awaits.
Now before you say about all the welfare safety systems available, I walked a beat Birmingham city, 25 years ago, people slept on the streets and died in doorways, in underpasses and by the canals.
Some were not there, through alcohol, drugs or mental illness, just down on their luck.
There were places to go, but they closed their doors when full, normally around 5 pm.

Hard to get a job when your address is, the under pass New street canal.
Today it's harder to get welfare, I, Australian am not entitled to unemployment for 3 months if I returned.

People who have never been poor or down on their luck make judgments, but find yourself in a doorway, no family, no money and no real friends, see how that works.

Been there, just a wake up call, I'm in NY, had a house, money, UK, bank stopped all transactions in the UK, spent my last $5 on the phone.

Things moved slower then, computers and credit cards, once cancel took time to get back up, or in my case re issued, back in the UK.

It's snowing, I have $1-35 cents, no friends or family, I'm one of those street homeless,
I know I had an out, my house, warm bed is waiting, otherwise I would have just gone to sleep in the snow.

    Shame, RIP.

Most likely the deceased was dealing with mental illness issues. When they take their meds, they are stable, but they miss the 'high' that the medications deny them.

It looks like the fool's post is gone, so I have edited my response by adding this sentence...

Come back when you grow up and can understand English and its usage...

And also when your definition of sense "makes sense"...

Also when you learn how to really think...(I doubt you'll be back, at all...Heh)...

And when your vagina stops leaking your brains, you "fukin loon"...
