For fuck's sake Tax, it's Schengen immigration law, third country nationals cannot visit more than 90 days in a six month period. You are leaving the EU on 29 March 2019. You will be a third country national. On the expiry of any transitional arrangements, you will be subject to Schengen immigration law. If you want to visit your fucking holiday home for more than a stay of 90 days you will need to apply for a residence visa of some sort. Christ, what the fuck is the matter with you idiots, can't you fucking read. Which bit of May wants free movement for EU nationals ended as soon as possible do you not fucking understand. It's the whole fucking point of her Brexit - no more EU migration to the UK except under the provisions of the Immigration Act 1971 as amended. EU nationals are to be brought back under control of the Act and the EU are to reciprocate. Those with current residence rights are excluded but every other Brit fucker is now to be treated the same as any coon, wetback, slant-eyed, nignog or whatever.

I know Bumbumboy and I have our differences but at least he has grasped this fucking obvious point.

Jesus, I've just twigged - you fucking idiots actually thought for the past two years nothing was going to change and you could simply pootle around Europe for as long as you liked because you were .....er...well... British!!??

Just why the fuck do you think thousands were applying for their Irish passport?

Same same if you wanted to spend time in your gite in the Dordogne for six months between April and November, or you wanted to spend seven months in Puglia in your villa, or a long winter in Moraira avoiding the northern winter, you fucking can't unless you apply for a fucking visa,
Those with current residence rights are excluded
thank you for contradicting your own post, but at least its cleared the matter up.

    What???!!
    Are you senile?
I was referring to those who are already resident in the EU, living there permanently on their residence cards or permanent residence endorsement.

I don't mean some twat living in the fucking Cotswolds who owns a gaff in Marbella he fucks off to for a few months every year.

You fool, Tax, you really didn't see this, did you?

Christ you silly old man, did you not read about the hundreds of Brits who have brought forward their retirement plans and have established their residence in France, Spain, Portugal and Italy etc. under the Directive 2004/38/EU before 29 March 2019 to ensure they qualify without hassle?

do you seriously think that brits who own homes in the eu or eu citizens who own homes in the uk are going to be subjected to insurmountable time restrictions or will be made to jump through hoops like we are here.

for gods sake man, you are in danger of believing your own crazy predictions, its you that is senile.

as i said, very little will change other than having to spend 10 minutes online and then coughing up a few quid.

Tax, you poor addled -headed nincompoop. You really do not grasp what is happening do you?

Ownership of property in the UK does not confer citizenship, residence rights or permission to remain. Laws do that. The EU citizens who have been resident in the UK under the European Regulations will continue to remain but they must register and they must apply for settled status. If they do not qualify under the current proposed agreements ( that are yet to be ratified ) then they go.

Equally, ownership of property in the EU does not confer rights under the Schengen rules, nor indeed does it qualify you under the European Regulations.

    Look.

Theresa May wants to turn the clock back to before 1.1.1973 and that's that old bean. Sorry to have just shattered your wee illusions.

You are just soo British, aren't you, Tax. All these years abroad and you remain a rather silly old duffer clinging to his precious illusions like an old man hanging onto his tartan rug as he's wheeled along that seafront at Scarborough dreaming of the days he slipped Gladys Oglethorpe a dirty one behind the colliery showers after a skin full of Whippet's Bollocks pale ale in Fartingthwaiteside - cum- Chortley.

You might learn something if you bother to read SAs posts instead of telling him to shut up.

    1. Slag off May
    2. Slag off Brexit voters
    3. Wild assumptions (proved wrong)
    Rinse and repeat.

Are you suggesting that I’m not very good at repeating sweeping generalizations, while pretending to be an intelligent Irish traveler?

UK inflation falls to below 2%, wasn't it suppose to be in double figures by now with interest rates to match?

Waits for the thick twat simple Sybil to appear screaming but Brexit hasn't happened yet.

But because Brexit wankers are universally dumb they ignored the motor industry's concerns and preferred to go with Johnson the Brexit Clown's policy of " Fuck business". Now they are doing what they said they would do, as I warned you all following my conversations with my acquaintances in BMW and Ford last year.
Globally, the car industry is having problems with changing technologies, emissions regulations and maintaining profitability. These are of course exacerbated by the lunacy of Brexit Britain and now they are acting as I said they would. BMW are shifting their production of the e-Mini to Holland, Nissan are scaling back in Sunderland and now Ford are quitting Bridgend and Dagenham for Germany.
    Honda/Toyota will be next.
You know, Putin couldn't do a better job of fucking over Britain.
Brexit, the spastic disease that just keeps on giving more misery but the kicker is, the Brexiteer moron is just too dumb to realise that his arse ache isn't a giant turd, it's him fucking himself.

    = Baht 40.31
This the same Ford who said they'd quit the UK in 2001 if we didn't join the Euro or a different Ford? #gullibletwat

You really are a dumb fuk, guess that's why still working and potless in your 60s. Numerous people including Osborne, Cameron, Carney etc. All said what would happen straight after a vote to leave. And every time I referred to this you kept screaming like the little pathetic bitch you are that Brexit hasn't happened yet and implying that people thought it had. Potless pleb.
