    Driving in Thailand

I don't like doing this but I found some very good info off of TV regarding driving in Thailand. I think all should read Free Beer for Yorky - List of Websites .

If Mr Earl recommends the thread be moved or merged, then we shall leave it as it is.

    Carry on...

I don't believe our driving thread has a link to photos of Thai sing song girls.
    It works for me.

Sorry my mistake there are a couple of threads about how Thai drivers are cnuts which degenerated from there.

But no general topic like this one.

Anyway I love driving in Thailand.
But I also hate driving in Thailand.
High season in Phuket is tedious and tests all your patience with the limo drivers, mini bus drivers, tuk-tuk drivers, and general mindless twat drivers who seem to flourish in Phuket.
Pattaya seems to have a fair share of nimrod drivers, but not as bad as Phuket.
Get outside of Phuket and the roads are very good and people generally polite.

Driving in Bangkok is challenging too but different ways. It's very easy to get lost in Bangers.
I have yet to try my new GPS with the Thailand navigator in Bangkok. It should relieve some of the stress!
