   | New transsexual help center New transsexual help center owned by the US Government opens in Soi Yensabai, South Pattaya. We attended an interesting shop launch in Soi Yensabai, South Pattaya along with the Mayor of Pattaya, Khun NIran. The shop is called “Sister” and is aimed towards the transsexual members of the Pattaya Community. The shop is a branch of USAID which is an independent federal government agency that receives overall foreign policy guidance from the Secretary of State. Their work supports long-term economic growth and advances U.S. foreign policy objectives. For this shop, they have decided to assist transsexuals residing here in Pattaya.
