You have got to be right MM, I buy almost everything in bulk, from Cornflakes & Philadelphia cream cheese to washing powder. In many cases its half the price of consumer packs.

Not that I have priced the little butter packets but I would also have thought that it may have been cheaper to 'curl' your own from a bulk pack.

its those silly little plastic dishes they put them in that for some inexplicable reason drives me crazy. sometimes they have double dishes and they put butter in one half and jam in the other ..... maybe they bring back memories of some of the scruffier guest houses i used to stay in when backpacking here years ago.

Go past the Govt hospital and you get to a Klong on both sides with small soi's either side of water. Right goes to Elephant Stadium and if you take left soi so that water is on yer left, Goodview is 3/4 way down the road. You cannot miss it, as it quite a big place with beautiful gardens and a fantastic Band.
I am presently in the process of plotting the many good eating places in Surin on the local website for Surinfarang(s).

Im a little suprised no-one has mentioned Gary's (Staffords) at Presat. The food and minimart are very good.

Still Farang Connection but not the same trafficked and popular place that it once was.
