...a salmon avocado salad, salmon roll and seafood veggie tempura...accompanied by a Sapporo beer and a peach and passion fruit smoothie. Satisfying meal, competently served: we'll be returning...B2,300.

It is so they can parade a selection of chefs in the fishtank in front of very rich customers.

The customers can choose their chef from the cullinary candidates while the chefs smile hopefully and pleadingly from behind the soundproof glass before they are summarily dismissed and consigned to washing up duties if unsuccessful.
