    A sly fox attempting to catch a meal was left with its tail between legs - after being chased away by a pair of angry birds. The less-than-fantastic Mr Fox was left hungry after two feisty cranes spotted it preying on their young



    ...Both birds became agitated, forming a barrier in front of their chicks before aggressively darting towards the frightened fox. Mark Hughes, a photographer from Tewkesbury, captured the scene while visiting the WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre.

    A vehicle shot off the end of a raised car park and smashed into some shops below after the driver mistakenly hit the accelerator rather than the brake in Chongqing Municipality, southwest China. The owner of one of the shops said that he heard a loud crashing sound outside and when he looked he was shocked to see an SUV had fallen off the end of the car park and landed in the alley where the shops were located. The driver compensated the shop owners around 3,000 Yuan (£280) before calling a crane to recover his vehicle
