Clear PVC pipe - wanted

As per the thread title, Iam after a length of 2" clear PVC pipe.

Anyone know off or seen any around Pattaya ?

Yes any local builders supplies should be able to supply. Obviously the can't stock everything, but the can order.

please point me in the direction of one who can order it, none of the ones I have been to and asked had even heard of it before.

I think you will struggle with this, i looked a while back for something similar, epic fail.

Stuff like this which is widely available back home just isnt here, its very frustrating if you work in engineering example, like I do. There's literally fuck all here.

They sell the 2inch flexible hose in the builders supply, near me. I used it for the down pipe from my roof. I attached it to the galvanised funnels that they channel the rain water into the big water jars.

Try going to the manufactures directly, heaps of plastic co's in Thailand, try the yellow pages.

and it's perspex-or polycarbonate, PVC(polyvinylclorate) is a different composition all togeather.

yup that Iam, I need clear as its to be a feature on my new PC desk (water reservoir)

Yeah nah, dont want that stuff, needs to be rigid as I need to glue ends on it and tap some threads for 1/2" barb fittings.

You sure its not PVC, seems to be marketed as such.

I need about 1.6 metres, not overly urgent but my new PC desk will be finished this week and was hoping to incorporate it into it... not a biggie though as I can still use my current reservoir.

^ Maybe you can find one company that has it. That company might be owned by some chinese cnut that foking hates farangs. When they find out you are are farang, and you only want 2 meters and not 2 kilometers....suddenly the price is 4000 baht per meter.

I will happily pay 4000b per metre not a problem, how ever it appears to be made from unobtanium here in Thailand.

It might be pvc but it looks like plexiglass to me.Think you might have a chance with those car stereo builders as I have seen it used for light effects in such installations.Another source might be aquarium builders.

I was looking for this stuff earlier in the year, but the need disappeared. Found this company that might sell what you want:

Never spoken to them, so I don't know what they are like. If they are connected with the king power of airport fame; then personally I would rather do without the tube than give them my money.
