Dont know about you, but when I buy i.e. a 42' LCD tv, I shop around and easy save 5-10K for a little (1 hour) shop around.
In this case, builders might quote 30-50K different total price (when materials included).
You might not care about saving 30-50K, but I shure enjoy the possible saving, used for better things

Never heard about any who accept the first and only price, you might be different.
