I believe you will find the wind comes from the WSW as you note during the wet (monsoon) season and reverses in the dry season.

Guess the toilet can be placed just about anywhere if it is properly ventilated.

Because they are precluded from this competition.
But if Splitlid wants to waive that rule it's up to him. I would enter the
fray and maybe some others would too.

As far as I'm concerned should be like an open tournament in golf. Both pros and armatures compete on an even par.

So far the only rule that needs to apply is no more than 10 million baht. Would expect we will get a range of prices which will only allow folks consideration of the "best" based on their budgets.

Obviously 10m baht will be be nicer but doesn't mean they are the "best" for a particular individual.

If there must be some way of leveling, suggest we have a best in price range.

    1 - 2m, 3- 5m, 6-8m, 8 - 10m. Doubt we will get more than 5 or 6 entries so everyone could be a winner.

    Orientation.

Valley with paddy field runs north south.

Sun sets over the mountains every evening.

If it's of any relevance we're looking for a discrete low frontage on the road side leading into wide open plan glass frontage with big decks looking over the paddy fields and mountains. An ensuite master bedroom with walk in closet on top.

Large open plan living, dining, kitchen area.

2 spare bedrooms and a bathroom below the living area with a deck out over the paddy fileds, a bit.

Decks on all 3 levels facing the mountains.

Ceramic tiles through out. Concrete construction with timber used for decks and the aesthetics.

    All this for zero bucks

I want to upload my submission. How do you post multiple images going back and forth to the gallery without losing your reply? Unbelievably cumbersome.

This image posting is not going well for me. Somehow, in posting a larger view they ended up side by side.
    I use Vectorworks.
