    Thailand Bathrooms - The Ugliest

I think this has to be one of the most tasteless and horrid bathrooms in Thailand, this one is in Bang Saen, the owner of the building is suprisingly Thai, what gave her the idea that these tiles would look good I have no idea, so post your ugly Thai bathroom pictures here, yes, that does include you Jedsez

Or maybe they're level and all the tiles are pi55ed.

Seen worse, a lot, lot worse with my mates apartment tiled by it seems the "Issarn Brothers".

The only problem I have is that the tile choice was that sickening it never dawned on me to take some pictures.

Nice thread, I was looking to do something similar but I don't have nearly enough pix to do it on my own. I will have to find them though, so please bear with me.

Whenever I see these eyesores, I can't help but think the owner/builder was down to his last few thousand baht on the building project and meandered over to the bargain tile bin in a desperate attempt to finish the project.

    Same for exterior paint.

It has to be a sale of some sort. Nobody in their right mind would do that voluntarily.

Just want to put a little disclaimer in here, this bathroom had nothing to do with me material or labour wise, but the tiles and everything is straight and the tiler did do a good job, of course the person that ordered the tiles should probably be made to suffer a slow painful death.

I can guarantee that they do it voluntarily. Mrs Tiz was proud of the new exterior paint job that she had done while I was away. I'm far too embarrassed to post any photos of it. (but doubly glad that I was there when we chose the colours for the interior.) The exterior will need doing again before I move back to Thailand.

^ yeah I think it mostly goes wrong at the floor, those tiles are hideous and clash something fierce with the pattern and all...

they even painted the nasty blue pipe under the sink a decent color relative to the tiles but didn't do the same to the one for the water line to the toilet??

not my choice of colors but not all that bad with a few changes..

I was thinking it went wrong when somebody decided they should turn what looks like a nice broom cupboard into a bathroom.

The swastika (from Sanskrit: svástika स्वस्तिक ) is an equilateralcross with its arms bent at right angles, in either right-facing (卐) form or its mirrored left-facing (卍) form. The swastika can also be drawn as a traditional swastika, but with a second 90° bend in each arm.
Archaeological evidence of swastika-shaped ornaments dates from the Neolithic period. An ancient symbol, it occurs mainly in the cultures that are in modern day India and the surrounding area, sometimes as a geometrical motif (as in the Roman Republic and Empire) and sometimes as a religious symbol. It was long widely used in major world religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.
Though once commonly used all over much of the world without stigma, because of its iconic usage in Nazi Germany, the symbol has become controversial in the Western world.

An employee of mine was renovating his house and built this contraption . . . shit on stilts.

I was wondering how the many huge arses you see in Th would fit on this thing

Photobucket has gone all weird, Tinypic won't accept my IP address and imageshack shrinks the pic . . . any other suggestions for a pic hosting site?

Nice try but that tiling looks exactly like the swastika flag used in the third reich.

So the owner is a finnish nazi or what?
