With labor being ridiculously cheap, nail removal and a LIGHT planing just might provide you with some really nice wood for cabinets, doors and flooring. Originally Posted by ChiangMai noon

we are hoping it can be used for flooring.
save quite a bit on tiling costs that way.
Hadn't thought about making furniture with it.

Just about everything from old nails, tyres, piping, roof tiles and especially wood will have value or usefulness.
Don't discard anything for if u really do have some pigs and chickens all of the above plus any old scrap iron will help enormously.
All of our building work was done from something like your toilet with just a lean to corrugated roof, to protect the cement and other stuff from the elements.
We kept the shack/toilet for sentimental reasons

actually, we also have our old tin shack, it is useful for any workers we have around, they can take a pee there rather than up against our walls
