Thread: builder recommendations for Pattaya?

I know its hard one but does anyone have any recommendations for decent builders in Pattaya, I'm looking for reliable work at a fair price, I don't need the most beautiful work, I'm looking for strong and durable work, any suggestions are great, thanks for your help!

Try to contact Loy Toy he has so many contacts. During the floods I stayed in a place built by a British mate with his Thai team. Really a decent place indeed. One story bungalow with 3 bed 3 baht an a pool. Well built. The guy built a small muban.
