MLS web sites, do they work?

Do these MLS web sites work I ask? I currently have 15 propertities listed on such a company in the UK, they have numerous properties for sale in Thailand
In March they have just told me my 15 properties have had over 7000 + views, but not one enquiry, I've asked for an explantantion, but all I get is a load of waffle.
Does anybody know if these MLS sites work generally?

MLS = multi listing web site

I think they get a lot of hits due to the keywords in them, ie hits when people are looking for something else, one came up yesterday when I was doing searches, I think the key words I used were "building a marble swimming pool thailand".

This is what the MLS site in question sent to me on Sunday, regarding my stats:
Your properties have been displayed 7409 times in March 2007 ?

Alot of these international sites get a ton of dreamers. I have got enguiries from so many folks I get tired of answering them. They dream about far away places they browse the real estate sites I wonder if your listings came up in 7000+ searches or were actually clicked on for "more information."

An MLS site targeted strictly at the Thai or SE market would generate more action, but maybe less "views" I think. if you're not paying a monthly rate for the listing what the hell let it ride. One sale from this listing service wold be a nice bonus wouldn't it?

As you say one sale would be nice from one of these MLS sites, I have my properties on a couple of Thai based MLS web sites as well, but not getting much joy out of them either, but as it's not costing much might as well stick with it as you say
The UK MLS site I'm talking about charge 2000 baht for 6 months to list as many properties as you want, so it's cheap, that's for sure
