I don't want to lie about it and I am not really sure (I actually do not want to know). My Insurance company has a considerable amount on it but I don't have that much in it. My kids are getting ready for collage soon so I am gonna have to take a break for awhile.

The stairs are going in, one thing I like about them is they creak when someone walks up them. That way I know when someone is coming up them.

    Necron,

It worked great, fortunately the guys are true craftsman so when it was finished no seams are to be found. The walls are concrete, all this went on the ceiling. Excellent "R" value and the upstairs is always cool even with no AC.

    Storm Drains & pipe dreams

I decided to get an excavator to save time and give the guys a break, plus I got a good deal on the service.

Time to call in the heavy artillery

All we had to do is trench to the foundation and get to the drains, showers and sinks are on this line and toilets to the tanks.

If you have been following along with this thread, Yem my concrete guy rarely ever talks. When he does especially when it comes to concrete evryone listens. He wanted a pad under the pipes to stop them from shifting over time and the ground settling....I finally listened for a change

This is the back side of the house.

Here you can see the septic tank along side the storm drain, there boxes like this with covers level with the land all around the house. Sinks & showers run into this system and the poop in the other. Heavy rains are carried off as well.
