My partner and I are moving into the country so we are selling her Thai Massage shop in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The shop is located on one of Chiang Mai's busiest tourist streets and comes fully equipped as a turn key operation.

The shop is a 2 story shop-house, a very typical arrangement in Thailand. The first floor has a front reception area with 4 chairs for foot-massage , 3 massage mats, a toilet with shower, and a personal kitchen/laundry area in the rear. The second floor has both a working space with 4 massage mats, a facial massage bed and an area now used for private living quarters with it's own toilet and hot water shower but which could be used for an expansion of the business area..

Sale includes all massage beds with privacy curtains, 4 foot-massage chairs, 3 Air Conditioning units, sound system, Massage oils and herbal salves, and a list of vetted massage attendants that can be called on as needed. Additional furnishings and supplies are also included. Inquire for list. The shop is operating now and will be handed over to the buyer in ready to use condition. The current owner/operator is willing to assist with the transition.

A wireless internet router and cable ISP equipment are also included so an easy expansion to include Internet access would be possible. Massage oils, salves, herbal massage balls and movie DVD's and music CD's are also sold as an income side line from the shop.

The current lease covers the living and working spaces of the shop-house and is good for another year. The landlord indicates there will be no problem renewing it. A new lease on purchase would probably be a better idea though so that you can lock in current low rates for a longer term. This location is excellent and the rent is lower here than at single floor places across the street. Living upstairs is not a problem with this shop.

The business is being sold since we are moving out of Chiang Mai. Otherwise it has been a very comfortable and accommodating place to live and work while in Chiang Mai.

International wire transfer can be accepted for payment. I recommend that you are already in Thailand, or visiting soon, to see the shop as we will be moving soon and the shop will close then.
