Trying to book hotel in Snookyville. Most say no sex tourists allowed. What does this mean?

- No sex allowed whilst staying?
- You have to give a list of who you plan to shag before checking in?
- you cannot shag other guests, even if they agree to it?
- Theres a limit on number of shags allowed? (If so how many = too many?)
- Its ok to shag your brains out as long as you dont pay them? (And if so how is this enforced/checked?)

I think given the locale they probably have a pretty good idea who is and who isn't, they probably have a better sense who is, better than most tourists I'd suspect.
