What a load of bunk, I worked at a 7-Eleven overnight for about six months when I was 20 about 10 years ago, I dealt with both crack heads and drunks all night, I'd rather have a dozen crack heads for every drunk. You can't bargain with people on alcohol, they are belligerent and stupid, while crack heads will usually leave you alone after a few words. Where the fuck do you live? I live in a city with loads of crack heads and the ones into crime are usually into petty crime like shop lifting, not armed robbery. Crack heads usually stay away from violence because they don't want to get locked up, while drunks fill the holding tanks during the weekend because you can't control what you when you're drinking alcohol.

My experience has been much different, the majority of crack heads I've come across have been a nuisance, I know some crack heads that actually work and only smoke when they have money. This year alone in my city from the newspapers and watching news I would estimate around a dozen or so people have been killed in bars and three times that number wounded over slights like being told to not smoke.

Seriously, a lot of the members of this forum claim to be fervently against the death penalty, often calling it barbaric, but many have willingly moved to a country that uses the death penalty for silly things like drugs and criticizing certain people? The death penalty is also only used against poor people, and not the influential and rich like the military who slaughter their own people and foreign journalist in the streets like pieces of dog shit.

To serious a subject to be flippant about,death penalty may not deter others from doing something similar but it certainly removes the person who will not be able to do it again.To easy to condemn acts like the video,unless one understands the mentality of the people and how they react to the public punishment how can we judge.

America doesn't publicly execute people "for failing to adhere to the official code on dress or gender segregation" in public including in front of children. They also don't stand them on the tops of buses with ropes tied around their necks and drive the buses away. The US doesn't decapitate anyone or lob off anyone's hands or feet. They don't stone anyone to death for fucking their girlfriend or the neighbor's wife.

I'll bet Norway wishes they had the death penalty right about now. That horse's ass has admitted it and there are witnesses that it was him, but they can only throw him in jail for 21 years max unless they go for special circumstances.

I don't know why people are banging on about crack cocaine, Meth is the biggest problem these days.

And most law enforcement agencies agree that it is causing an increase in crimes, including but not limited to burglaries, muggings, etc., as the desperate addicts crave their next fix.

And it's piss easy and cheap to make.
