They're playing the system- so it's up to us to change that system. Thats the lesson.

He did a thread on healthy pizzas. Seeing into someone's fridge really gives a human perspective on posters who would otherwise be mildly anonymous. Yes, and worth noting that it's their parents that abandon them. Presumably to skip back over the border, produce a few more, sneak back later in search of work and repeat the cycle by dumping yet more unwanted kids on Thailand if it's inconvenient to take them back with you.

This insane desire to procreate is what's causing all of these problems. Uneducated people having kids when they can barely afford to feed themselves. It's a never ending cycle.

Some of these people have kids like others have puppies, with the same result when they get bored with them.

Best thing is that the U.K, U.S or other european countries never had the balls to make a move like this, I was proud to think that we did.

I believe that in some parts of Scotland that may be a hanging offence....:)

I do fully approve of the brand though and usually have a bottle or two of it around the house....but never in the fridge...:)

This whole thing of great movements of (young-ish) people from the developing world to the developed world, abusing the "yooman rites" religion installed by the bleeding heart statists is a much bigger problem than just one country. The treaties and conventions have to be scrapped and the people sorted out in their own countries before we start seeing the problems they've fled from being transferred to the developing world as well (...perhaps too late in some blackspots).

But judges before in federal court have stopped refugees being deported out of australia after immigration refused them visa to stay in aus
The worst part is the gov picks up the lawers tab so he is self employed acting for these refugees.

THE first step in the asylum seeker swap deal today was scuttled by the High Court which questioned whether the human rights of those bound for Malaysia could be protected.

The Government was set to transferred 16 boat people this morning but they instead will wait on Christmas Island for at least two weeks when the Full Bench of the High Court will consider the matter.

The Government could find itself drawn into a complex and embarrassing legal battle over whether Malaysia could guarantee the human rights of transferees would be looked after.

At issue is a ministerial statement, or declaration, by Immigration Minister Chris Bowen that Malaysia had adequate human rights standards and protection for refugees.

Lawyer David Manne representing 42 asylum seekers successfully lodged an injunction preventing the first flight of asylum seekers, who had been bound for Malaysia where they would have joined some 90,000 people waiting for processing as refugees.

Justice Kenneth Hayne said there were serious questioned to be asked over whether the human rights of asylum seekers sent to Malaysia could be upheld.

Liberal immigration spokesman Scott Morrison said the Malaysian agreement had twice been rejected by the Parliament and now was being questioned by the High Court "in what is a serious rebuff to the Government's policy".

"Once again chaos continues with Labor's asylum policy," Mr Morrison told news.com.au.

The Government had hoped it had ended electoral concerns over the arrival of boat people with the Malaysian deal, which would see 800 asylum seekers who landed here sent to Malaysia, while Australia would take 4000 documented refugees now in Malaysia.

It has been a damaging political problem for the Government and the ALP generally, which was underlined today by polling which showed a big majority of voters believed the number of boat arrivals had increased.

Some 62 per cent of voters said the number of asylum seekers to reach here had increased over the past 12 months. Just 7 per cent said there had been a decrease.

Some 51 per cent of Labor voters said there had been an increase, and 74 per cent of Liberal voters.

However, the numbers have fallen by more than half over the past year.

When told that, 58 per cent of voters said they still were very, or somewhat concerned by the tally and 39 per cent said they were not at all concerned or only a little.

The aircraft that will take them has been under 24-hour guard due to concerns it could be sabotaged, while AFP officers have been boosted to 109.

Stick mines along the edge of Australian waters and maybe they can blow up a few Indonesian pirate boats and illegal fisherman as well.

You want to come to Australia then take the risk of being blown up, or they can do the right thing and apply as millions of new Australians have and by filling out Immigration application documents.

You will find that many of the Indonesian Sea Captains won't take the risk....matter closed.
