    Still a logical disconnect there.

There are better responses to an invasion, 1. fight, or 2. sympathise. Running away from your country in a time of need is cowardly. One of the reasons why I have little sympathy for Mexicans illegally entering my country for work. They should 'man up' and fix their problems at home instead burdening the U.S.

Vey sharp and most ozzies and others should know what you are referring to lol

I am trying not to intefere with these discussions about the anti foreigner sentiments since i know that logic has nothing to do with it.
Just a anecdote: i was speaking with one of the most knowledgable human beings in the world that i know about ( jeroen duindam, professor of history in groningen) about max weber ( together with marx, darwin.freud, newton and maybe a few others the greatest thinkers of the modern world) about Max Weber and how it is possible that some of his theories which are proven to be wrong still are quoted by some people and even some scientists. His answer was that some things are so popular that you can never ( turn their neck ) get them out of peoples minds.

    It is sad really lol

I for one think you should interfere and you're welcome to join our coloured discussions!

As far as "some thing's being so popular" I disagree with that thinking.

However, wasn't it Freud who experimented with rats is a cage and discovered that when the numbers were increased the rats began to fight?

Unfortunately in the UK can't do anything about the rats who aren't leaving our ship they're doing their very best to sink it!

That's what you think, as an American.

See it from the point of a downtrodden Mexican; why should he stay at home for the enviable task of 'fixing' his country when he has a ready made Utopia a few miles north, and one in which the people and gov are so cowered by the loony lib Left that it's a social and political crime to say illegals are illegal?

Think yourselves lucky. Europe is surrounded and experiencing a barbarian invasion.

That's dopey thinking. the average wetback trying to get across the border to earn a few pesos to send back to his starving family isn't in a position to fix anything.

Precisely. Overpopulation is a natural condition for conflict, and the fittest will survive. We know that, though many will not admit to it.

The Euro problem is the type and quality of immigrant, bringing along the baggage of a defunct ideology and barbaric desert values. And sponsored by liberals and others filled with contempt at the society that dared to give them everything except a guarantee of success in every field.

With success, Europe has also become fat and complacent. This makes the lowly and barbaric immigrant invader, who is not conditioned by democratic niceties, actually the most suited for survival.

It's happening today, courtesy of traditional liberal Euro instincts, sanctioned and endorsed by our own leaders, with objectors sidelined and smeared. This will be Europe's downfall.

Note that the dodo became extinct precisely due to its phenomenal success. It had evolved in an environment with no natural enemies or predators, and with abundant food sources at ground level. It had lost its ability to fly, since it never needed to, and also its ability to recognise a threat, since it had none. When the Portuguese arrived, the dodo was wiped out, still clueless.

Yup, the two main conditions for survival are fight and flight; the wetback is no fool, he knows where to flee for both survival and opportunity.

So you see the foreigners or a certain group like pakistanis as the rats??
As far as " things beinng popular which you don't agree with" i am not sure what you exactly mean? there are social problems in the western countries concerning the muslim population, that is a given. I understand the feelings, specially from the brittish citizens. The solution though is much more complicated then most would want it to be. These people are here to stay and in the long run that does not need to be a bad thing. _ i should add that i amd of iranian descent, living most my life in holland and have lived in turkey for some time and have studied european histoy. I have been specially interested in ethnicity in the past and i can tell you that " barbarian invasions" is also one of those popular beliefs which cant't be erased from the minds of most people in europe. A readable book about the issue is " Amazon.com: From Roman Provinces to Medieval Kingdoms (Rewriting Histories) (9780415327411): Thomas F.X. Noble: Books"
Don't think that i am pro immigration at the rate that is has been in the last 20 years...... sorry i really need to go and get to work lol

I doubt the average Mexican family is starving. They feed themselves pretty well down there. And yes, of course the illegals are just looking for the prosperity they can't attain back home but it doesn't justify breaking immigration laws.

Actually, I'm all for a registered work visa program where as many Mexicans and others can work here for set periods of time, renewable say every year. That way business gets their cheap labor and the government gets the income taxes and fees that they're not getting now.

They are welcome to try, but I suspect the result will be little different from their previous defeat.
