I read about this a couple of weeks ago.... how can he be charged for sex with a dead animal if it wasn't him in the photo?

Banning child porn is not really censorship, it's simply the outlawing of a product the production of which is harmful to children. That is a legitimate function of government. This squid case is different and just illustrates the stupidity and dangerousness of Government idiots.
