Seeing shit like this makes me worry for ordinary people like the guy being provoked. Unfortunately he's in a no win situation as it is likely he will receive further threats, vandalism or some other form of intimidation. The innocent will be the one that will likely have to move from the estate to avoid more trouble. Not a very nice area anyway, but if you can't afford to move elsewhere, then it must leave one feeling rather depressed, especially when there are other family members involved.
