In the US, should equal one appeal, then 90 days and out. Here in the State of Cal we have a Richard Allen Davis who broke into a teen slumber party took a teen, Polly Klaus, raped her and killed her. He gave the finger to her father during the trial. He has been on death row for over 10 years at a cost of $1 million to the state, he gets better medical care than seniors. His heart, liver, and kidneys could have been used to keep a worthy human alive.
What are our priorities: keeping a wortless piece of shit alive or giving another human a chance to live and 1million dollars for counselors in our schools.
Educators know that some humans simply can not live with other humans at an early age. Counseling is the best deterent for crime, not after the fact.

People would not commit any crimes if they thought that they were going to get caught, as a rule and more people with a good homelife and parents that care and teach their children seem to be in court and jail a lot less than people who do not care and run wild as kids.Quote:

The figures, recording crime in 2007, also show the UK has the fifth-highest robbery rate in the EU, and the fourth-highest burglary rate.
