    ^ It never ends.

I'm very glad to be flying in to BRS next month, apart from the exorbitant luggage trolley fee I will doubtless incur.

    Edit: the b@stards.

    luggage trolley fee
UK airports are notorious for charging their users extra fees for the use of essential services, travellers already pay an airport tax supposedly to fund these services.

from £2 to use a broken down trolley to £5 parking for a 5 minute drop off.

i dont know about bristol airport, but manchester airport is a run down dump. populated with gormless and scruffy staff, many are obese, seemingly unwashed and heavily tattooed, barking instructions to the hapless passengers as they negotiate security and passport control, i transited moscow airport in the days of brezhnev and andropov, and that experience was similar.

the emirates business lounge is a welcome oasis of calmness and civility (and decent grub) compared to the extortionately priced and dross infested cafes and bars at manchester airport that await those unfortunates condemned to a journey in cattle class.
