You know Russia is in a bad spot when it is celebrating taking a "village". That said, it is the Russian MOD claiming it, so as usual it is unsubstantiated bullshit. The fact that you get away with posting this shit is ridiculous.

Given your childish gloating (and multiple posts) about a Russian advance on some 'Uglydam' village being stalled, I would have to say they are being the soul of discretion and moderation. Oh but they have another village even closer to Bakhmut totally surrounded now- it won't last long.

I was gloating about thousands of men and hundreds of armored vehicles getting smashed in one of the largest defeats for Russia since WW2. It did not take place in a "village" it happened out in the open. Two brigades of men and their commanding officer, utterly decimated outside Vulhedar.

The fact that you pretend that these massive defeats are not happening is utterly laughable. But enjoy your celebration of taking a village that is still occupied by the Ukrainians.

I'm feeling a bit bored this morning junior recruit. Can you regale us with some more war stories of Ukraine's next 'Thunder run', how Putin is 'getting his shit packed in', and how every Russian action is either a 'Turkey shoot', or 'the biggest defeat since WW2'? Good boy.

One sign of the aging brain, even without dementia, is that people repeat themselves more often, especially when they tell stories.

Thank you for proving my point old man

About as well as this guy-

The war with Ukraine will be over unless the EU finds a way in weeks to speed up the provision of ammunition to Ukraine, Josep Borrell, the EU foreign affairs chief, warned on the final day of the Munich security conference.

One diplomat shoots his mouth off and that is the new reality because it fits your shit narrative. If you really think that the Arsenal of Democracy is going to let Ukraine run out of ammunition, you are as dumb as I already know you are. So no surprise there.

The EU foreign affairs chief is rather a senior diplomat, and he was speaking on the record at the recent Munich security conference- rather an auspicious occasion.
You call that 'shooting his mouth off'?

I do not care. There are many cases of those orcs that were forced to fight raping, murdering and torturing Ukrainian civilians. They can rot in hell.

The Russian military is guilty of committing mass murder of civilians, as well as other unspeakable crimes against humanity. Feel free to feel sorry for them, as far as I am concerned, every one of those orcs that dies is one step closer to Ukrainian liberation.

Joe Biden Makes Surprise Visit to Ukraine as Air Raid Sirens Ring Out

President Joe Biden made a surprise President’s Day visit to Ukraine on Monday ahead of the first anniversary of Russia’s invasion.

A senior Ukrainian official in Kyiv said Biden’s visit is in part to announce “big new arms deliveries” from the U.S. and the 54-member Ukraine Contact Group of nations.

“It looks like Biden’s 2024 presidential campaign starts in Kyiv,” another Ukrainian official said an hour before the president stood alongside Ukrainian President Voldoymyr Zelensky to confirm his anticipated arrival in the capital.

Putin Is Right: The War in Ukraine Is Partly America’s Fault

Biden had been set to deliver remarks about the ongoing conflict in Poland on Tuesday before the anniversary itself on Wednesday, but his high-risk excursion into Ukraine was kept secret for security reasons. Kyiv has been subjected to numerous deadly rocket barrages since the war began last February.

Biden was filmed on Monday morning walking alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky despite air raid sirens sounding throughout Kyiv. The alarm came after Russian aircraft were spotted taking off from airfields in Belarus, the Kyiv Independent reports.

The leaders were seen walking together near St. Michael Cathedral in the center of the Ukrainian capital heading toward a memorial for soldiers killed in fighting against Russia since 2014.

Hours before Biden’s appearance under heavy guard alongside Zelensky in Mykhailivska Square, Ukrainian officials told The Daily Beast that the city was under a complete security lockdown. The shroud of secrecy over Biden’s unannounced visit, they added, was made all the more mysterious by no visible indications of the standard protective measures that normally accompany a presidential visit.

Describing the scene, one official said, “it’s a clear day in Kyiv, and there is no Air Force One or anything else in the sky to suggest Biden is in Ukraine.”

Indeed, Biden’s trip to war-torn Ukraine looks to be the first time a U.S. President has decided to abandon the usually chiseled-in-stone safety precautions of his predecessors.

“I will announce another delivery of critical equipment, including artillery ammunition, anti-armor systems, and air surveillance radars to help protect the Ukrainian people from aerial bombardments,” Biden said.

As is sadly typical of any losing war, now you have the atrocity porn being ramped up. Y'know, 'babies on bayonets', 'raped nuns', 'incubator babies' and all that stuff (choose your war). And of course 'our side' is as innocent as the driven snow. People like Azov and Right Sector.

Biden’s Ukraine visit upstages Putin and leaves Moscow’s military pundits raging

President Joe Biden’s surprise visit to Ukraine sparked anger and embarrassment among many of Russia’s hawkish military pundits on Monday, increasing pressure on Vladimir Putin as the Russian leader prepares to justify his stuttering invasion in a national address.

Biden’s historic visit came days before the one-year anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, providing a symbolic boost to Kyiv at a crucial juncture in the conflict.

But the visit caused fury in Russian pro-military and ultranationalist circles, as it upstages Putin on the eve of a major address in which the Russian president is expected to tout the supposed achievements of what he euphemistically calls a “special military operation.”

“Biden in [Kyiv]. Demonstrative humiliation of Russia,” Russian journalist Sergey Mardan wrote in a snarky response on his Telegram channel. “Tales of miraculous hypersonics may be left for children. Just like spells about the holy war we are waging with the entire West.”

“I guess there are lunch breaks in a holy war,” he said.

Russian army veteran and former Federal Security Service (FSB) officer Igor Girkin meanwhile suggested that Biden could have visited the frontlines in eastern Ukraine and escaped unharmed.

“Wouldn’t be surprised if the grandfather (he is not good for anything but simple provocations anyway) is brought to Bakhmut as well… AND NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO HIM,” Girkin said.

Girkin is among a number of hardline military bloggers – some of whom have hundreds of thousands of followers and provide analysis of the conflict for large swaths of the Russian population – who have repeatedly criticized what they consider a “soft” approach on the battlefield by Putin’s generals.

For many, the secure and skillfully executed visit of a US President was another symbol of a faltering campaign.

Interesting that they consider the wanton bombing of innocent men, women and children to be a "soft" approach.
