I think his argument was supposed to be that more people are killed with knives than they are with semi-auto rifles, which is true.

More people are killed and injured by mass shootings with pistols as well.

End of the day you could ban rifles right now and it would do almost nothing to drive firearm deaths down. The numbers would be statistically insignificant.

Every damn weekend mass shootings happen in the hood and nobody gives a shit. Barely makes local news.

Banning the weapon of choice for mass shooters would seem to me to be a statistically viable means of driving down the deaths due to mass shootings.

Depends on how you define “mass shooting”.

    This is fucking ridiculous:

People who are that fearful of going out in public should be disqualified from gun ownership. Interesting that he's wearing a mask though--there's seems to be some intersectionality between selfish assholes berating others for being too scared to go out without a mask and small penisies strapping deadly weapons to themselves to go to the local shops.

America's broken gun culture doesn't just tolerate deadly weapons. It celebrates them.

So ban all firearms in public. That should be the first step.

If guns are the answer ... it was a very silly question.

That said, it must be difficult for those born into a 'gun culture' like that of the USA.

Because they have never seen another way then the freedom of the right to bear arms.

There is more freedom and less fear in a 'gunless culture'.

    IMHO

So, gun crime, deaths and mass shootings are a problem . . . and stopping the sales of guns wouldn't help. How thick are you?

Egregious codswallop, so precisely not the experience of every other nation that has tried it then.

Fuck some Americans are dumb, self-centered, selfish caaaarnts: tell them affordable and decent healthcare is a communist plot and they'll cut of their own noses to spite their face (and then die from inadequate treatment or go bankrupt seeking it); tell them gun controls demonstrably work and they'd still rather live with periodic massacres than to actually do anything about it because 'Gunz!' and 'mA RiGHts!' and it's all just a little bit too hard.

The world according to Slicktard. Illiterate dribble that makes utterly no sense. Ladies and Gents this is an example of a human that suffers from Dunning-Kruger and has a double-digit IQ.
