Considering that, in the technology sector at least, China is by a considerable margin the greatest source of new patents, they actually have a vested interest in protecting patent rights. Self interest is a powerful motivator to the pragmatic.

But they don't, sabang. I'll give you an example, we have an apartment in KL which we rent out on Airbnb and we have quite a few long term business tenants from China.
They all ... All complain about income, rental prices in cities in China, high purchase prices, lack of control of IP protection unless you're a government connected company etc...

So, no. IP protection is not a safeguard

Oh don't worry, the fucking chinkies will enforce patents when it's to their benefit.

China also holding out on congratulating Biden. I don’t think Russia or China are ‘but hurt’ rather the unsettled period adds to their favour.

Ahhh sorry, but we are living in 2020. The russian index is going down (1.699) especially the GDP. Maybe Putin is packing and filling his suitcase for retirement.
How's the vaccine going there ? When Putin came out with the sputnik vaccine joke the world laughed. Today the west came out with the REAL vaccine and the world stock market is going up. That's the difference between us and them.
Russia will always be way behind. Its somewhat in their genes. Or do you have any other explanation?

The other day I read the russians are behind with the vaccine because they can't pack up the stuff properly.
Or maybe the Russians are not that dumb after all. Maybe they (the few smart ones) are saying: "Why should we pack it up, it just as useless as Putin's annual State of the nation BS speech".

Wondering why the clever Israel did not lough but fell on Mr. Putin's word and ordered his Sputniks vaccine...

Israeli hospital chief rejects Western concerns over Russia's Sputnik-V Covid-19 vaccine as ‘political,’ orders 1.5 million doses

The boss of one of Israel’s largest hospitals has placed a huge order for Russia’s Sputnik-V coronavirus vaccine, arguing that concerns over the formula are due to tensions between Moscow and Washington, rather than safety issues.
Zeev Rotstein, director of Jerusalem’s Hadassah Medical Centre believes Western objections are more political than scientific, telling Israeli newspaper Haaretz, “it’s like the space race. It’s no wonder the Russians called the vaccine Sputnik 5. They wanted to remind the Americans who reached space first.”

Rotstein said the “results and safety we’ve seen have been very good. There’s a good probability that the vaccine is safe. And there’s a reasonable probability ... that it’s also effective.”

Today the west came out with the REAL vaccine
Yeah. After Joe Biden won the presidency, they released the vaccine. The contemptible and corrupt Anglo axis put politics above lives and withheld the vaccine so that Trump could'nt get any political capital out of it. Shame on you motherfucker.

They just occupied Germany for 40 years so you are butthurt about that. So you make these genocidal slurs. Imagine saying Jews will always be behind. Its in their genes. Russians are the only people left that the PC west is allowed to hate.

Perhaps some states are awaiting who will be declared the POTUS, don't they?

I am not familiar with the US presidential election law, is the POTUS always proclaimed by the Media (MSM)?

Don't they have any other official body authorized to that? Please enlighten me...
(Hadn't Gore been thought to be President for few weeks (November 1999) in 2000 election before some 500 votes were given to Bush - by his brother Jeb, or was it by the Supreme Court?)

Perhaps some other states do not want to embarrass themselves to resend another congratulation letter when asked: "Bitte Frau Merkel, (s'il vous plaît M. Macron), could you be so kind and resend your letter with the correct addressee"...

Governments all around the world started to place their orders with big pharmacy already in May.
Orders paid for early in order to help funding the pharmacy companies research, payments non-refundable in case the vaccine would become a flop.
Orders paid for early in order for these governments to be guaranteed a certain number of vaccine doses and to get them early.

Anyone, like this Israel hospital, who are late with their orders do have the choice of either getting the vaccine after prepaying customers has got their doses or turn to a manufacturer with an unfilled order book..

Russia got the vaccine before the west you brainless fucking imbecile.

trade-named Sputnik V (V for vaccine), is a COVID-19 vaccine candidate developed by the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology, and registered on 11 August 2020 by the Russian Ministry of Health.

at least 30 countries were interested in obtaining the Russian vaccine and Russia will be able to produce more than one billion doses a year in five countries.[12][13] Seven countries (India, Brazil, Uzbekistan, Mexico, Nepal, Egypt and Kazakhstan) ordered millions of Sputnik V doses from Russia as of November 2020.[14]

    Does Putin have Parkinsons?

That has to be a medicine miracle that he - in his condition - has confirmed that Baku and Yerevan have struck a deal to end the conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh, and that Russian peacekeepers will be deployed along the line of contact.

The agreement will create conditions for a long-term settlement of the crisis in the interests of both peoples, Putin said shortly after midnight Moscow time on Tuesday (22:30 GMT Monday), confirming reports of the armistice Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan described as “painful” but necessary.

Putin: Russian peacekeepers headed for Nagorno-Karabakh as Azerbaijan & Armenia sign armistice — RT Russia & Former Soviet Union

(didn't I predict it here few days ago that he will struck the deal with his "friend" Erdogan? - Doesn't Erdogan have some other "friends" for "peacemaking"?)
