Except it's not as can be seen by the many threads on TD alone

Now you're starting to sound like a seppo dragonfly . . . the 'left'? 'Triggered'?

I think you'll find that 'the left' has traditionally favoured discussion

This monument to a pedophile should be allowed to stand, it's the only possible way of learning the history of his pedophilia:

Monument to a monster: Jeffrey Epstein 'statue' raised in US city - NZ Herald

Hopefully the plans to have one placed in every school along with statues of the likes of Hitler and Pol Pot pan out otherwise there will be no learnings and the history will definitely be repeated.

^Interesting. It might also lead to people digging into who created and financed them in the first place.

You don't have to dig very deep:

Local news station KRQE tracked down the group behind the statue, a local art collective who said that "those who don't remember history are doomed to repeat it"

The group said the action was a satirical strike against those critical of the recent movement to topple statues of racist historical figures..

I suppose the suspect nature of the people behind this statue obviously undermines the whole anti-pedophile movement, right Noodles?

Ah, for those of you so deeply affected by the removal of the statue . . . this is what the place looks like now, just in front of the council building

The removal of Hamilton's statue (NZ) is only the start, we should tear them all down-download-png

Who gives a fuck about Hamilton or his statue. The 'Tron' is a horrible place, full of horrible people doing horrible things. The Bombay motorway should be closed and a small tactical nuke should have been detonated above the city, wiping out the statue, and Hamilton.

Now where is that Te Rauparaha statue...

    Typical Jafa!

Hamilton will be the next capitol of NZ after Wellington is decimated by another earthquake . . . property values are manageable compared to Akl and return on rental property is very good with companies like the Wise Group and also Housing NZ grabbing every available place to live - excellent return and 'back-t-new' refurbishment after five years

Have the people who blew up and destroyed the aboriginal desert relics:

    arrived in ameristan yet.

Do they have strata analysis of this mountain in their possession? It helps when designing the "fireworks" display.

Not Quite. I hail from up north on the West Coast.

Wellington will fall off NZ (another good job) and the Tron will be destroyed by my atom bomb. Perfect!

As a neutral I find myself in agreement.

Hamilton gets in the way and slows trips to northern beaches.

Statue of Black protester replaces toppled UK slave trader

An artist has erected a statue of a Black Lives Matter protester atop the plinth in the English city of Bristol formerly occupied by a statue of a slave trader.

Marc Quinn created the life-size resin and steel likeness of Jen Reid, a protester photographed standing on the plinth after demonstrators pulled down the statue of Edward Colston and dumped it in Bristol's harbor on June 7.

The statue, titled "A Surge of Power (Jen Reid)" was erected before dawn on Wednesday without approval from city officials

Almost all the images of that Statue have been taken at complementary angles.

At the Statue eye-level or above, looking down.

    A different perspective ...
