Slavery is still alive and well in the middle east and gulf states...no outrage though from the woke contingent, specially as most of them live in buildings there built on slave labour.

His 'I have better things to do' is just as comically absurd and patently false as 'I don't care' and his forced 'it's hilarious' shtick.

You just know he's gritting his teeth when posting that.

And he calls other posters 'repetitive and boring'.

He dribbles on and on about the same abysmally written shyte day after day after day.
An 8am start constitutes a bit of a 'lie in'. He often starts up at about 5 and doesn't knock off for 15 hours or so.

carey, if it weren't for giving ant a daily nosh and replying to "cuck", would you post on TD?
it seems to me that those are the main (if not only) reasons you come to this site.
if i'm wrong about this, tell me how.

    ^^

look at you copy & pasting the same question to me that i asked you ...but for some reason you didn't answer.

    no matter.

    1. not sure what a 'daily nosh' is....is it an oldster gay thing? not that there's anything wrong with that. just asking.

    2. yes, you're wrong. i would post on TD if cuck posted here or not....i was posting on TD long before he activated this multinick.

most of my posts are in SC, the lounge and news....for whatever reason, i find it enjoyable to read and write posts in many of those threads.

^ Umm, err, well thank you Mr Dillinger for that insightfull contribution

Back on topic, one statue well to be rid of.

    ---

Belgium removes statue of King Leopold II in wake of Black Lives Matter movement

The removal of Hamilton's statue (NZ) is only the start, we should tear them all down-12408682-3x2-xlarge-jpg

Belgium's King has expressed regret for the violence carried out by the country when it ruled over what is now Congo.

    Key points:
    • King Leopold II is estimated by some historians to have been responsible for the deaths of 10 million Congolese
    • King Philippe's apology and the removal of Leopold's statue came as Congo marked the 60th anniversary of its independence
    • Black Lives Matter protests after the death of George Floyd have renewed debate over Belgium's colonial past

Later in the day, the bust of a former monarch held responsible for the death of millions of Africans was taken off public display.

As Belgium marked the 60th anniversary of the end of its colonial rule in Congo, King Philippe became its first monarch to express remorse over the bloodshed.

In a letter to the Congolese president, Felix Tshisekedi, Philippe stopped short of issuing a formal apology, but proclaimed his "deepest regrets" for the "acts of violence and cruelty" and the "suffering and humiliation" inflicted on Belgian Congo.

    Oh noes!

With that only bit of history removed it will now be impossible to learn that Leopold was a cnut of literally historical proportions and responsible for the deaths of circa. 10 million Congolese people.

What is probably more important IMHO is why was this not redressed, at least acknowledged before?

The Holocaust cost 6 million lives and well studied/acknowledged at School.

But the catastrophe which befell the Congolese, which cost almost double that is only coming to light, to many now.

Leopold II (Dutch: Leopold Lodewijk Filips Maria Victor; French: Léopold Louis Philippe Marie Victor; German: Leopold Ludwig Philipp Maria Viktor; 9 April 1835 – 17 December 1909) was King of the Belgians from 1865 to 1909 and, in a completely separate role, the Sovereign of the Congo Free State from 1885 to 1908. During his absolute rule of the Congo, an estimated 2–10 million Africans died[1][2][3] and conditions there led to the first use of the term "crime against humanity."[4]

PH, re all the commentary surrounding the issues and fallout from BLM, I just report the news, I don't make it.

BLM and Covid-19 dominate the media cycle ATM

I can understand your passion for the subject, but if the reporting of the News offends your sensitivities, I can't help that.
    Maybe just ignore the thread

...are there meds that you should be taking but aren't?

You seem to be increasingly losing the plot and posting nonsense.
