I read somewhere the case has been passed through three persons who could have brought charges but each had recused themselves because they knew one of the shooters from the DA’s office. The case was just getting shuffled around until the video came out. The GBI got involved then. I’ll have to find the story again.

Jogging while Black is a dangerous exercise, in fact downright inflammatory to law abiding (white) citizens. I'm sure the good ole' southern judge will take this into account in his involuntary manslaughter verdict.
